When megatron created 2 new generals OBSIDIEN and STRIKER.Were they ever in another series or anything? Are there any toys for these guys?

There are toys made for Obsidian and Strika.
Interesting enough, there isn't a gallery for Obsidian yet on Seibertron, but here is Strika:

Obsidian was repainted and released again as a different character with the same name under the Robots in Disguise label, and then again as the same character but from an alternate reality in the Universe line.
Strika was repainted and released again as an alternate version in Universe as Nemesis Strika.

I think they chose two random, previously non-existant characters so that even if they had have wanted to, they could not go down the same story paths as what they had done in the first season.

Also gave them clean slates to work with, which they needed, as the last clean slate they had (Nightscream) ended up being a clone of Cheetor from BW Season 1.
