Construct-Bots Are Not All That Bad

I had no intention of purchasing a single Construct-Bot. To be honest, I actually laughed when I saw the initial promo shots that were released when they were announced. I saw them as a toy line that would fail miserably. I gotta say that I was dead wrong. I recently picked up Scout Class Starscream and Ironhide, and they completely changed my mind. Yes, they all essentially have the same structure and similar transformation, but these Construct-Bots are accessorized with many different bits and pieces that are interchangeable and perfect for customizing your own bots. I have been playing around with the two figures I got, and I've actually managed to create a few custom bots that have multiple alt-modes. The Construct-Bots' Triple Changers Class was a bit of a turnoff because many reviews showed how the figures require you to add different pieces every time you want to achieve a different alt-mode. However, the customs I've made don't actually require you to do that. You can achieve all modes without having to add new pieces. Customization is definitely the best part of these bots, and I can't wait to get more.

Here is one of the customs I've made. This is a custom Decepticon that I named Deceptor. This guy has 4 different modes.

Let me know what you think!

In the interest of keeping this a different thread, perhaps make it a MoC thread? Or perhaps just make a MOC thread in the customs forum. I'm looking forward to all the stuff people do with these, there's a TON of possibility, and I can't wait to grab a set or two for myself.
