Deadshot vs Bullseye

Who would kill the other first?

And to make this a little more fair, lets say this takes place in a world where Bullseye dosn't have adamantium bones, and is thus, just as breakable as deadshot.

Both are pretty much the best shot/aim there is in their universes.
