Did Omega Supreme Die?
I was thinking - I don't recall seeing Omega Supreme in the 1986 movie or afterwards. It makes me wonder if he died before the movie?

I think I remember this one episode he was in..but it was just the rocket form I do believe. It was after the movie I think.. I can't remember which episode though, I'd have to go through them again. @.@ Because I realized that to some time ago. I know a few times he almost died but he got repaired.. Some of them episodes you think they were dead but suddenly appear in another episode.
We are so much more then mere machines, intelligent robots who think and feel. Yet, we have fell to greed and destruction by our own causes! From this moment I stand my own ground, on my own faction to achieve true unity!

No, he didn't. Grimlock specifically mentions him on 'Grimlock's New Brain' at least.
Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.

And we see him in "Big Broadcast of 2006".

Omega Supreme makes a fairly big cameo in the season 3 episode Broadcast of 2006, as he is used to ferry Rodimus, Ultra Magnus, Kup and Blaster to Junkion!

In the season 2 episodes The God Gambit he is low on engeron and is laying on the side of a volcano, waiting for Jazz and Preceptor to bring him some engeron, and in The Key to Vector Sigma part 2, is the only episode where he comes close to "dying" but Ratchet and Sparkplug are able to repair him and he helps Superion defeat Mensor at the end.
He appears in season 3 episodes The Big Broadcast of 2006 taking Rodimus Prime, Ultra Magnus, and Kup to Junk. He has a cameo in either Grimlock's New Brain (or it might be The Dweller in the Depths I don't remember which) where he and Cosmos crash land on Cybertron due to something screwing up their systems.

Couple reasons:
A) They stopped talking about most of the Season 1 and 2 'Formers that survived the Movie. Why?
To Sell Toys. No sense showing characters that have had product on the shelves for six or twelve months man! We've got new toys to move.
Okay, I could only come up with one.

Still, it is odd that once the series moved off Earth, three of the space-faring 'Bots (Omega, Skyfire and Cosmos) kinda faded out. I mean, they had Sky Lynx and all; but still, you'd think the others would still show up once in a while...

Re: Did Omega Supreme Die?
I really wish Omega Supreme didnt fade out as soon as G1 went into Season 3, I never cared all that much for Sky Lynx due to the fact his back story was never explained and plus he was a giant chicken.
But even though Omega appeared in Big Broadcast I honestly dont think that should have been his final horah. It would have been nice for him to appear in season 4.

Bless you good sir. I just watched that episode yesterday, and I couldn't remember the title of it today. Man, getting old is a pain. But yeah, I think this is his only Season 3 appearance, like where he's actually on screen, and not just mentioned like in Grimlock's New Brain. Outside of Grimlock's New Brain, I don't think any one even mentions Omega Supreme in Season 3, but he doesn't die.
