Various fanart / kitbash efforts have been called Dinoking, Titus, Tyrannus (IIRC) and others.

But as per canon, the Dinobots didn't combine. Energon Grimlock & Swoop did, but the original five never had that ability.

I should hope not. It's already bad enough that six fairly intelligent Constructicons combine to form one gigantic moron, but imagine five idiots combine together to form an even dumber idiot.

Hey, give 'em a break. It's only really, what, two idiots? I know Sludge is dumb, and Slag's not exactly a thinker, but Grimlock's smarter than he lets on, and Swoop and Snarl aren't exactly morons.

And yeah, never in canon. The Beast barely counted (it was a mess); I think Dinoking is the most common name used for people's Dinobot combiners (despite the fact that the Japanese Dinoforce already use the name), but I think the first (and possibly best) version I've seen was Tyrannus. I've never heard anyone call it Titus.
Most of the kitbashes of Dino gestalts I've seen, however, are built from Dino parts, and don't have the ability to transform back into their component 'bots. I believe Piranacon's working on one that does, though I'm not sure what stage he's at with that; I haven't seen it in a while.
