First a question. What anime is that from? It looks like something I'd be into.

Now the synopsis. Dio's healing power and ridiciously overpowered super strength is a definate edge. But Master Asia did a hell of a lot of damage. I'm going to go ahead and give the fight to Master Asia because Dio apparently killed himself with his last attack. An amatuar move to be sure. The fight would be bad ass and should probably be aired on pay per view.

Dio Brando is from JoJo's bizarre adventure.

His Stand, a psychic entity that he can wield as a weapon. The World can stop time. He used this power to slaughter many, the exception being JoJo's own stand Star platinum. The only reason for this exception is that Star platinum's instictive defensive nature and incredible speed allowed it to move to protect JoJo even when The World froze time, and Star Platinum was revealed to be the same as the World and in the end developed it's own time freeze power. But since Master Asia has no Stand, The World would kill him.

Plus Dio is a vampire...that's hard to beat as well.

So realistically..Master asia would have died as soon as The World was used....unless Dio was toying with him.

In fact, the truck explosion didn't hurt him at all. his explosion was taken from The World's destruction at the hand of one of Star Platinum's high speed punches. His greatest Strength was also his greatest weakness.
