Do anyone else has this Problem with Movie Blackout?

When i am transforming him back to Vehicle mode the piece of the cockpit there contains the automorph flips up anytime i attach the leg parts under the back. How can i explain it, each time i attach the under part to the upper part of the helicopter the cockpit keeps popping up.

Am i transforming him wrong, or could there be something wrong with my figure? When i bought him he was tight in Helicopter mode.

Mine got out of sink a little. It automorphs to robot mode, but then I have to manually bring it back to copter mode.

You are right, mine is back in normal helicopter mode now, its something to do with the 3 black inner-plates there connects the tail to the back in robot mode. Stupid movie figures, Blackouts automorph just make it more complicated.
