So who are people's fav leaders? I've narrowed it down to a close top 3, all of them evil...

1) Deathsaurus/Deszaras- not much to say about him except that he's just plain awesome. His faction is also called the Breastmasters, which being the immature soul that I am, I find extremely funny!

2) Beast Megatron- frickin' hilarious.
'At once my queen!'
'*sigh* I wish he wouldn't call me that...'

3) Scrash- for obscurity's sake, and also because he's the only Decepticon leader with enough sense to stay out of the battles

Pretty much, my fav leaders are Optimus Prime and Megatron.

Optimus Primal during the Beast Wars: He used both brains and brawn. Having Rattrap pose an a traitor was brillient, and same with letting the then-Predacon Rhinox cause havoc for the rest of the Predacons. Also, that he was an explorer first, and warrior second was good.

Lio Convoy: Always found humor in anything, no matter what sort of jam he was in.

Big Convoy: Pretty much wanted the Maximal elders to go skrew themselves. Also faught Unicron and lived to talk about it.

Rodimus: Was not a perfect leader and was learning what to do as he had big shoes to fill.

Magmatron: 'Nuff said. Respected his crew more than most Predacon leaders, and pretty much came back from the dead, if you think about it. Plus kicked Vehicon ass if you go with the Beast Machine toy bio.

Beast Megatron: Did what G1 could not.....conquered Cybertron and held onto it for probably quite sometime. Plus he used his intelligence as his weapon, though he could fight, and was good at it, when he needed to.

Cyclonus: He was the actual Dcepticon leader after Unicron was gone. He kept the Decepticons togather and pretty much kept the Cons from doing a mutany against Galvatron. And even he admitted Galvatron was a crackpot.

Transformers Animated Megatron

Whoever you are, even if you're his enemy, he has a way of bringing you around to his will. He won't be too high and mighty to share a few barrels of oil afterwards either.

He's the first Megatron I've ever heard read a Decepticon branding ceremony too.

He looks wonderful, he talks all charming and he's funny and cute.

*sigh* enough fangirling

G1 Megatron will ALWAYS be my favorite. He is my leader.

The origionals are always the best: G1 Optimus Prime and Megatron.

RiD Prime cos he's courageous but when it comes to fighting he leaps in and kicks arse! Unlike G1 Prime who always gets beaten and Armada Prime who seems rather too keen to hold hands with Megatron.

Beast Wars Megatron, ah, YES!

G1 Megatron.

Love the scene in the Marvel comics where he takes down Predaking.

Predaking: I am Predaking. The most fearsome hunting machine in the galaxy. And you little robot are my prey."

Megatron (battered and missing half his face): I am noone's prey. I am Megatron the conquerer!"

Then proceeds to defeat Megatron.

Rodimus Prime.

Remained a good guy while doing everything Megatron/Galvatron set out to do.

Kill Optimus Prime. Open the Matrix. Defeat Unicron. Gain control of Cybertron.

Soundwave in the UK future stories. Willing to fight for the greater good. Joining his forces with the Autobots to defeat the Quintesson invasion and again during the Time Wars.

Always been my fave leader.

Of course G1 Optimus is my favs...But I've been really impressed with Animated Megatron and how he is portrayed...

And I've always had a pretty deep respect for Rodimus and his situation...Cut the guy some slack already
