Re: Florida Transformers sightings
Only in few weeks I will be going to Orlando for my business trip. Does anybody know how are the stockings over there in Target, Walmart, and TRU especially around Universal Studio and Disney? Do they typically just stock with theme park stuffs and slow at TFs or they are pretty good at up to speed? Thanks in advance!

Any new Florida sightings? Any Prime First Edition figures? Generations SS and JH? New DOTM figures? Anything?

Next week? There's no street dates for these. They come out whenever the stores (re: Toys 'R' Us) get them.infinitimagnus wrote:Oh, please please please someone post sightings for the TF PRIME Voyager Bulkhead when they come out next week...

Ah I see. Someone told me that awhile back, but I wasn't certain (hence why I called "one source"). I asked about this further and found out that they have no street date and instead "will come when they come", which is lame.infinitimagnus wrote:Sorry, but i was just going by the rumor u posted to me before...

Re: Florida Transformers sightings
No TF Prime FE figures at our TRU in Gainesville. Most of the stuff is the same thing that's been warming pegs since Dark of the Moon hit theaters. I lucked out and picked up a Cannon Force Ironhide Voyager at Target for $10 on Black Friday, and picked up the PCC Grimstone w/ Dinobots at Walmart for $10.
Hoping we see the remainder of DotM stuff (Soundwave, Que, etc.) soon, so that the shelf-warmers can be removed for the TF Prime figures that will hit in early 2012

SCORE!
Just found and picked up Prime FE Arcee (there were two), Bumblebee (there were six), and Starscream (there were two)! Plus Generations Sky Shadow (last one) and Junkheap (two)! Picked up both of Junkheap for Junkion army building.
Toys 'R' Us at Wesley Chapel, ladies and gentlemen.
Also, last Monday I found and picked up RtS Wreck-Gar and Perceptor (missed out on both before) from Marshalls on N. Dale Mabry Hwy.

Picked up a Generations Sky Shadow at a Toys R Us in Orlando (by Millenia Mall), and found 7 Prime Bumblebees at the Toys R Us (by Millenia Mall). Also found 9 Prime Bumblebees at the Toys R Us in my hometown of Gainesville. No sign of Starscream or Arcee yet, but I did get them from HTS.com

Re: Florida Transformers sightings
So I went to Walmart today and found PCC Grimstone and Steamhammer in a special offer package with one of the 2 pack PCC figures. The more amazing part, they are $5 bucks each, If you've been looking for these 2, now might be the time to check Walmart for them.
Found at the Ocoee Walmart on West Colonial.

Re: Florida Transformers sightings
Has anyone else encountered anything new on their shelves hunting in Florida? I can't find anymore of the first edition TF Prime figures (or shelf tags for that matter) in Gainesville & Ocala, or my trip to Orlando about 2 weeks ago. Most of my stores have reduced the sizes of their TF sections by a column of pegs or so, and my TRU and Target have been almost barren of anything besides a handful of deluxe DOTM Bumblebees and a few remnants of the DOTM Voyagers.
I'm wondering if we'll be able to get the remainder of the TF Prime First Editions - I'd really like to find Cliffjumper and the Voyager Bulkhead/Prime before it's too late and we end up with some of the remolds, which IMHO aren't quite as good as the first edition ones.

Noting on my end. Walmart is just crammed full of DOTM toys that never moved, and I don't even have a toysrus near me anymore.

D'oh!
I forgot to tell you guys something!
A week ago, I saw a RtS Voyager Lugnut available at the Wal-Mart on Waters Ave. in Tampa. Since I already have one, I left it there for whomever wants it. If they still have it (which is possible, since that particular Wal-Mart tends to keep old items in stock for a while), head over there now if you're still looking for Lugnut.

Sounds like a return. Someone likely found it at Ross, and decided to flip it at Walmart for cash.

Well so much for th TF Prime 1st Editions. Only managed to grab starscream and bumblebee last month at the TRU near Mall at Millenia. I did manage to land Arcee/Cliffjumper online. Upset about not seeing Bulkhead stateside, so I ended up ordering the Takara version. Would like to get OP too but will have to wait...

Guess I'll be looking for CJ, OP, and Bulky (I can take the RID Vehicon) at BotCon.

Re: Florida Transformers sightings
I'm still kind of hoping perhaps some of the TF Prime FE figures get released later in the Generations line, but that's likely a pipedream
Honestly, as much as I don't like a chunk of the design/mold changes in the RID line of TF Prime toys, I would welcome the site of the RID toys on the aisles of my local stores instead of the overflow of the same DOTM stuff that's been on the shelf since May of 2011.

Re: Florida Transformers sightings
Anyone else's shelves practically bare right now? My Gainesville Target and TRU have a couple of lone Generations Figures (Wheeljack, Kup), and that's it for deluxes. Voyager pickings are slim to none for the DOTM line. The closer Walmart has even diminished the size of the endcap with the DOTM deluxes.
Sure would be nice to see some TF Prime RID Revealers and Powerizers about now

TRU in Wesly Chapel is practically TF-less, having tons of empty pegs and only a few straggling DOTM merchandise and maybe one or two PCC figures. Oh, and a few lone Bot Shots packs, but that's it.TransBat wrote:Anyone else's shelves practically bare right now? Every Target has nothing but some DOTM figures that no one want, and maybe one or two Generations figures.
Every Wal-Mart is still overloaded in DOTM figures that aren't selling.
Kmart on State Road 54 has whatever DOTM side lines there were that weren't figures.
Yeah, this is pretty much a poor time to be a TF fan.
And I STILL can't find a Rescue Bots Boulder!
