I CAN'T FIX MINE. I TRIED SCRATCHING OFF THE TAB AND I TRIED TO GET TO THE SPRING, BUT CAN"T GET TO THE SPRING. HOW DID THE PEOPLE THAT USED THE SPRING REMOVAL OR CUTTING GET TO IT> MY KNIFE AND SCISSORS CAN:T REACH IN THERE, DO YOU HAVE TO TAKE SOMETHING APART!!!!!!!!!!?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First thing to do, is turn the caps lock button off...

It doesn't need fixing; it's the manual that isn't detailed enough.

You're not supposed to push the button in with one finger, smack dab in the center. Unless you have a fat thumb, it's kinda pointless, since the springs and triggers are located left and right of center.

Instead, use two thumbs, put them on the left and right sides of the button, and THEN push down. Should work perfectly, with minimal force.

First time I tried to transform him, I pushed the button as hard as I could in the center, to no avail. I then used two thumbs, with less force than with one thumb, and kazaam, it magically worked.

my hood won't stay up. does pressin the button fix that. and it wasn't on caps I was holding the caps button. Talented huh? :P

Check page 12 of the maintainance and repair thread stickied at the top of the forum. You'll probably need to pop the springs. http://www.seibertron.com/forums/viewto ... t=165&sid=

sure all I did was use a small screwdriver and popped this one spring out.

Once you do the hood will stop flipping over. you can then manualy convert Bumblebee back and forth.
