Woot, another dutchie has joined the site! :DANCE:

O me? I'm one too, a 25 year young male in the middle of the Randstad (for now) ^^. Been collecting for... o dear, 6 to 7 years straight now. Should I be worried?

And I know how you feel about the availability here. Fortunately, I just got hit in the head with the first wave Deluxes from Universe and Animated, imported from Canada (don't you just love how Holland tends to get overstock for cheap?

Thanks dewd, after work (i had read the post on my mobile at work) i raced to every nearby toys store (Intertoys x2 and Bartsmit) and only Bartsmit (this was the only BS that had new ones!!) had 2 different Universe! Tankor and Sunstreaker..they didn't have Prowl but they'll get a new supply on friday. Intertoys didn't had anything new! Bah!
Also, i was indeed told they were coming and that they would cost 12 euro's..but the guy couldn't tell me what they were going to be..never expected Deluxe Universe!

Which did you get then? Also Animated wave 1? I already have those for quite a while..or are these different? Can you sum them all up which you got or have seen, i would like to know..so i can hunt them

Btw middle of Randstad..is that Leiden? :grin:

Some facts:
Dutch people are the longest people on Earth.
Before England owned America, it was ours (but we traded it with England for Suriname, ABC island, Sint Maarten etc for slaves) You could've spoken Dutch right now..!

I check the (relatively) local toy stores quite frequently, but even I was surprised at first, especially with Animated

Prowl
Tankor (aka Octane)

Animated
Optimus Prime
Prowl
Autobot Ratchet
Bumblebee

The Intertoys and Bart Smit aren't the only ones I check: I also check the Bijenkorf, Top1Toys and Blokker (if it has a toy section). Occasionally they have good stuff.

Now, hurry up and get over the Heavy Metal War and make a team.

People here are generally friendly (Except Burn if you choose the Autobots in HMW).

Be wary of us crotchety members, we forget our ginkoba sometimes and a lot of us forget our medication.

I will say the site is a lot of fun though keeps me entertained on those long 8 hours in the middle of the day called 'Work".

Oh, and don't talk trash about Starscream to HK, she will find a way to have you killed. If you want to get back on her good side, start talking about military weapons
