I bought one off ebay, in a sealed box.
but it had a factory error.

i open it up and one of the pins in the leg (the long one holding together the big flap of plastic) was shoved in at an agle instead of being strait, its poking out the side of it with a small chunk of mangled plastic, because of this the flap is on an angle and is not flush with the rest of the leg, and the flap wont close.

is thert any chance I could contact hasbro ang get them to replace it?

Nope...and I'll tell you why I say that.

I bought an alternators rumble and realized when I opened it that one of the rubber tires was missing. I emailed and called hasbro. Response was, essentially, that even though they MAKE the exclusive alternators, they don't stock any parts for them. They are one-offs in that regard. Since rumble is sold out on hasbrotoyshop, as rodimus is, they couldn't give me a replacement. They offered me equivalent merchandise, WHICH I WOULDNT EVEN HAVE GOTTEN TO PICK OUT!!!! They just send whatever they want that's the same retail value. Ridiculous.
I said no thanks, you suck, and they mailed me a coupon for $3.
Yay hasbro.

It's too bad that the outlook is not good, but it couldn't hurt to try!
