Keep Leader Brawl or get Leader Optimus instead?

You gotta have both. I guess Prime is better overall. Brawl is a pain to put into tank mode sometimes. You gotta get his arms "juuuust right" or his treads won't close all the way. Keeping them closed is kinda a pain too. But really, he's insanely awesome.
Leader Prime just rocks, solid transformation ... stays together well, too.
If your budget is tight ... try and trade for him in the carbombya forum. If you have stuff that you can part with that is.
I saw 2 Primes at WM yesterday.

It isn't fair that people that hate Leader Megs actually found him while I've not seen a one and I want one so bad

I'm actually not thrilled with leader-Prime. I hate transforming the legs into bot mode because the panels that connect the back wheels to the legs always feel like they will break when I separate the back parts because they aren't designed to bend the way they have to. In other words, you have to bend the plastic, rather than bending a joint. And those stupid things that flip out of the side of the feet will not lock into place no matter what I do

I don't have either due to space issuse but have played with both. I like leader class Brawl far better then Optimus he has much less kibble and just looks cooler over all. Brawl is also easier to transform in my opinion. The real question you should be asking yourself is when are they going to come out with a leader class Ironhide?

Display space is going is a real issue for me too. Now, with 2 leaders, I've all but run out and I'm already thinking about how to display Animated MP Starscream. If they do release a MP Thundercracker, I'm screwed. I may be taking down Pepsi Prime to free up space-might even sell him since I'd really rather have an Encore Prime.

I am waiting on the Leader Brawl redeco. I already have the original Leader Brawl too but as far as which one looks better...the redeco IMHO.

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!

I kept on buying new cabinets. Now that Leader Brawl will be knocking on my door in about a month's time, i may need to go out shopping for new cabinet again! Darn!

Finally opened Leader Optimus last night. What a great figure. Asides from one of the arms being a little loose (guess I'll need to bust out the clear nail polish), he's really solid. I like both modes and the transformation is challenging but interesting and fun. I'm liking the mold so much a MAY get the nightwatch version too. That's a maybe though.
Good call to those of you who recommended him to me-I really appreciate the great feedback.

But still an awesome figure!
Mine's got a loose shoulder too, on the gun arm. Are you planning on trying to fix it?

Not yet for now. Still good enough for display. It doesn't fall loose by itself yet.
It just tends to dislodge whenever you want to move his arms and legs.
But i can see a necessity for repair sometime soon.
