Kre-O Devastator
I'm pretty disappointed with the Kre-O designers. I was able to make a significantly more accurate Devastator with 99% of the SAME pieces included in the box...

I'm actually going to make a post a YouTube video explaining what I did. I'll post a link here once I've done that.

The great thing about Kre-O is that it's easy to fix most things to your liking, and often times you don't need to get extra sets (and even if you do, you're not limited to just Kre-O's library, you can use Lego or Megablocks or whatever).

I just briefly looked at the box, then made my own from the bits including Hook.

And by "99%," you mean all the parts in the box and two more whole kreons.

It looks good, if a bit on the super-duper-shoudler-kibblly side.

That does look like a more accurate Devastator, but -- to be fair to the designers -- they have a lot of other considerations beyond accuracy to worry about.
For instance, it looks like you have Scavenger and Bonecrusher attached to the shoulders using their heads. I suspect that a choice like that could be considered too unstable in a toy design setting. In a play situation, kids would probably be knocking them off all the time and losing pieces. But for just sitting on an adult's shelf, it's probably fine.
Good eye, though!
