I’m sure this has been asked before but I’m having trouble tracking down the answer. I recently started collecting the IDW Classics UK volumes but since the series wasn’t finished I’m wondering if there is a guide to collecting the remaining issues? I’m guessing many can be collected through the Titan reprinting but since they weren’t chronological I’m not sure where to start...

Start with the Time Wars collection by Titan. Unfortunately it’s out of print, so it’s going to be expensive, but unfortunately that’s the only way to read those comics. The rest of the UK comics are reprinted in the B&W digest sized books by Titan. Tfwiki has the read order.

I presume that eBay has at least some of the old comics. There are various specialist dealers online and in shops. The old UK comics are easier to find in the UK, of course. For example:
