Waited so long to finally get this guy. But after opening it, I soon realised that there's a QC issue hais... Realised that his chest won't close fully and there an unpainted chrome area... Daaaamn. Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas how to fix it? Help mehhhh :'((((

Get an exchange through your retailer, or return it if no exchange is available and buy one from someplace else while the stock is around.

Unpainted chrome as in his matrix chamber/front bumper?Did you transform him already? Why I ask? Mine too has a defective rear tire (two exactly).

What scott said, check if your vendor accepts returns, but an unpainted QC issue might not be enough to return it unless you bought it personally from the store and not online.

If an online purchase I can advise you on the following steps:

1. Take a photo of the issue
2. Contact vendor/customer service and explain your situation NICELY. Being nice goes a long way at melting stone cold hearts
3. Check on their policy too concerning "returns"
4. Will they shoulder/refund you back the shipping costs?
5. If you used PayPal or a CC, contact them (the provider) if the vendor is giving you trouble
6. I suggest you do so ASAP as alternative suppliers for MP-10 will have the stocks decreasing every passing moment

Thanks for the help guys. Yeah the chrome defect is at the front bumber/matrix chamber where the plastic cuts. Did u went to replace yours as well?
