Need Some Help Identifying A Part

So I was lurking in my collection room and found this part on the floor. For the life of me I can not figure who it goes to. Any help would be greatly appreciated :MAXIMAL:

Thank you very much, forgot how fiddly theses figures were. Wing went back on no problem, but the limbs ejected off about 25 times trying to get it back on the shelf. :MAXIMAL:

Fiddly? Try fragile. I've lost more than a couple of them because of the ball joints and hinges breaking so easily.
