I recently brought Revoltech Optimus Prime & I have a question; How do you remove his hands & replace them???
I'm having real trouble with this & would appreciate help.

I have. Well I try it with my fingers as strong as I can otherwise with my teeth or with a tool. The fist hand is the most difficult of all his hands.

Just found the best way to do it. The screwdriver feature in a Swiss Army Knife is useful, other screwdrivers may work too.

I had the same trouble. The trick is to pull and twist.
Its a close call as to who's hand with come off first, Convoy's or yours but it will work. Might also want some kitchen roll on standby for the blood but that's a rare occurrence.

Yeah, pulling the Revol hands out is tough but it's nothing compared to the force required to swap heads on Megatron... I was pushing that thing so hard I thought I was gonna tear the fabric of space
