Is there any way to sign into their website to check the status of an order?

Not that I've found. The only way I know of is to search their site for the order number or use the link to the order details provided to you via email after your order was completed.

Mine always just sort of show up after a few weeks, unless of course it's a preorder.

No you can't, which is the only thing about RobotKingdom i don't like. you are given your order number when you buy there and keep a note of it. You can email orders@robotkingdom.com for status updates. They are really good at answering emails but remember they only answer weekdays and on Hong Kong business hours. Honestly though, if you made an order with them 9.5 times out of 10 it will arrive safe and sound.
