Robot Heroes Question

Postby Retardicon » Mon Jun 18, 2007 3:36 pm

Has anybody seen or know if they released a Skywarp Fig yet? If so, do we know who he comes packed with?

I just grabbed Prime/Ravage this morning to sit on my desk... In the time it takes a crackhead to smoke his rocks, I was out again and picked up Magnus/Megs, Mirage/SS, Jazz/Thundercracker.

These lil' guys are pimp... Gonna use'em for an RPG.

He was released in a Walmart.com exclusive 5-pack.

True, but there haven't been very many in-store sightings yet. Your best bet might be Wal-mart.com and have it shipped direct to the store.

FYI, the pack also comes with a metalized version of Prime and Megatron, a Cliffjumper and a translucent Mirage. For $10, I think...can't beat that.

That's probably why I said walmart.com and not Walmart.

They have not actually stated that Sunstar ,but that seems to be the only place to find it I think the date must be sometimes later for store release, and they simply put the date of the street date of all the toys on the product listing.

You too? Good stuff! It's great how each pack contains one Autobot and one Decepticon, it keeps the teams balanced. I'll have to break out my D20s and start laying down some rules....

There's some sort of Walmart exclusive pack that contains Skywarp (repaint of Starscream), Cliffjumper (repaint of Bumblebee), camouflaged Mirage, and Prime and Megs with metallic paintjobs, or something. I hope this pack reaches Canada!

I have been fighting a battle with Wal-Mart for weeks, I went to the corporate level because the stores are useless.

Basically (in Michigan) 2 stores with-in 100 miles of Lansing received shipments (out of close to 20 stores) and never stocked them. They returned them to the shipping center.

I found one store 150 miles away in a different state that has 40 sets on order.

It's not just these though, the Leader for the Ages 2 Pack and the Star Wars I Am Your Father's Day 2 Pack are the same way.

I have ordered a total of 4 sets from walmart.com and all 4 sets have been smashed to fit into under sized boxes for shipping. The other 2 exclusives I mentioned are not even available for purchase online.

that's ridiculous, but it makes sense. i mean, all the walmart stores here are stuffed to the gills with the tf toys, so there's no use for the employee's to stock the new shipments. i get it, but if somethings an exclusive, it should be put out no matter what. if not, don't make it an exclusive! :-x

I hate effing exclusives. Being a Canadian (and a Quebecer to boot), if I EVER see exclusive TFs, then I'm in a specialty toy store and will have to pay 2 left nuts out of my ass to get anything. $60 for Classics Ultra Magnus/Skywarp? $100 Canadian for Classics Soundwave? No thank you!

I know how you guys feel. We don't have Targets, K-Marts, or KBs up here in Quebec, and the packages have to have both English and French on them to be able to be sold in Quebec, but the exclusives don't, I guess, which is why I don't see any at TRUs or Walmarts.

Oh well. :HEADHURTS:

Hey, I didn't say I have 2 left nuts nor that they've been surgically removed through my ass, but you know what I mean... I hope. :P

I agree, exclusive items should be stocked at every Super Wal-Mart. IMHO Wal-Mart should start doing what Target does, clearnace old stock out to make room for new stock. I have seen Target many times knock the price of stuff down 20%, 40% and 50% over a few weeks. It sure gets rid of the old stuff quick.

i go to both target and walmart today. walmart has no exclusive stuff, and target has all theirs, plus all the movie items like the wallpaper and mini computer and keychains and stuff, that i haven't seen at one walmart.
clearly, target is the place to find the movie items. every store had all their sector seven exclusives and robovision primes.
so i came home and order the site to store wallyworld decepticon sneak attack pack.
11 bucks. not bad, i just will have to wait 3 hours to pick it up
