I also have the metal tin Chinese box set. It's fantastic. And for the price, it's a steal. I look forward to learnig what this new re-release will have that's different, but I doubt I'll buy it. Maybe in a few years when I upgrade from my 27" CRT TV and have a nice 55" wide-screen with blueray.... (not that a 1984 cartoon will look that much better)

I also have that set and am only interested in this new one if they clean up some of the animation errors in a way that works

OR more importantly if it comes with bonus content like commentaries and such.
