In Transformers for the 360, the Starscream level takes place at a military base, presumably near the Hoover Dam.
As I was replaying the level out of boredom, I thought hit me.

The airbase is either Area 51 or Sector 7's equivalent.

For proof, I bring to your attention the odd tanks, with an orb on top and 2 side mounted missle boxes that are also in the Hoover Dam level for Autobots, the parked stealth aircraft that are similar to B-2s but are obviously not the same plane, and the appearance of human-built Cybertronian jets that attack Starscream.
