I hope this is an alright place for this. Anyways I pre-ordered the Takara Fort max in June and I never got an email from them or anything though my card was charged for it then, is that normal? Is it just good to go and nothing to worry about because things have come up and I no longer have enough to cover it if it isn't already paid..

Well, have you checked their FAQ? That's what I would do or if the FAQ doesn't have the answer I'd go a step further and ask customer support what the scoop was myself.

I haven't ordered from them myself yet. I have my eye on a few upgrade kits I want to get from them for my RotF Leader class Megatron and the DX9 CW Megatron upgrade kit too. I've been shopping around though to find the "better deal" out there to save a little. Sorry I can't be of much help further. Hope you get it figured out in any case.
