It's not War Within Megs in the Titanium line. it's a G.I.Joe Megs. there is a scan of the bio on the back of its packaging somewhere on http://www.tfw2005.com, it will tell you the story behind that guy.

I personally think it looks like crap. I don't really think it looks like any version of Megatron, though I can't say for sure as I don't think anyone has actually seen Jae Lee's designs for the DW crossover (Stupid, way too dark inking).

I think he looks okay. He's really quite flat though. It's as if Don started with a completely rectangular robot and just added a few details here and there.

Asphalt wrote:ok, I just picked up both Megs and Optimus. First off, Get to target before they change their prices, they rang up at 4.99 each. They have them the same price as teh tiny titanium bots. And secondly. Megs sucks Ass. Not only is he kinda ugly but his limbs fall off with a slight breeze. I mean his arms aren't even connected in most of the packaging sets. His legs are held on by a tineeee tiny piece of plastic. I can't believe I am saying this but he has too much metal. Prime is of so much higher quality its unbelievable. Megs can barely stand straight let alone lift an arm or leg. If I hadn't paid five bucks for him he would so be going back. ok rant done.
second!
but I paid more like $30AUS

I just got Megs yesterday and I don't think he looked as bad as I initially though. He's kinda neat even. I've experienced all of the stability factors that most people have faced. When the bootleggers make one of these guys, I'll have to kitbash it to perfection.

I was checking out the 6" titaniums at Toys R Us yesterday, excited that they finially came to Maryland.
Prime looks fantastic, but Megatron, I was very disappointed in. His face doesn't look good and his paint job and assembly is much more toyish then prime's
And even though I was excited about what I saw of him online, my dissappointment at the actual figure was enough to make me put him back on the shelf.

just got mine! two of each!
primes cool! but yeah...unstable as crap. i did the enamel his ball joints...since the first one is just sitting on the shelf. guess it's time to figure out how to make posable ball and socket hands for him.
megs was disappointing....the style and paint apps were very poor.
i have to say, i probably won't keep him for long....

I bought all that target had which was unfortunately only one Optimus and 2 Megs. First impression... Megs sucks. I won't remove them from the package. I have a theory. After Megs Takes over and Cobra is gone a remold WW will Arise. Hopefully.

I think Cobra Commander has the same effect on GIJoe. I think a really good "Galvatron" could emerge from this form, not just a repaint
