Transformers Identification. Combaticon Vortex?

I found this Transformer. I think he is the Generation 1 Combaticon Vortex, the left arm of Bruticus, but every picture I find online is of a different color scheme, like grey. Anyone here know the deal is with this figure and if it is Vortex? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

That would be Ro-Tor, from Robots in Disguise, 2000. Different character, but still based on the G1 Vortex toy.

The Combaticons were re-released in different color, as different characters for Robots in Disguise, here's the run-down:

Onslaught: Mega-Octane
Brawl: Armorhide
Swindle: Rollbar
Vortex: Ro-Tor
Blast Off: Movor

Bruticus: Ruination.
