Very good work. Fits into most universes, perfect fit for the underused characters. Art is pleasant, if simple. B+!

I but... I... but... :???:

Anyway, this is Slugslinger's toy if you are curious http://www.tfu.info/1987/Decepticon/Slu ... linger.htm

I... don't see how Slugslinger's face is 'stupid', but please enlighten me :)

WOW! I LOVE SLUGSLINGER!

He was my all-time favorite TF Toy growing up and I still have him proudly displayed right next to Masterpiece Prime! I was always disappointed that we didnt see more of him other than in season 4.
The story was great but like most of the others here I didnt care for the art. It was a different style and nice but this story I really felt could have been better represented with the more "realistic" art.

LOL, looking at the art i can see that you guys even included the tab hole at the front of Sureshot's face where the orange spoiler connects to when it transforms into alt mode. great detail there! don't let the negatives spoil you down, you got a great story in there. keep it up.

Thanks. Oh yes, I absolutely love having little toy details on Transformers. thats half the fun!

And yes, Slugslinger is a huge dick. Some people said they disliked it because it is a 'pro Decepticon' piece. Firstly, that's a silly attitude, and secondly, that's missing the point. Slugslinger gets a heroic narrative voice, and yet his actions are anything but. Really, he's probably the most deluded in the strip :)

the artwork is a little too simplistic. oh, its drawn and colored well, its just... simple. especially slugslinger's chest. the head here doesn't have the 'ears' the toy has but at least its more accurate than the Rebirth design he has.

but the story is great. captures his motto and first sentence of his tech specs bio perfectly. i didn't see anybody here disliking it because it was a pro decepticon piece. pro decepticon pieces tend to be well liked amongst fans.

Slugslinger was my first, and easily my favorite, Targetmaster. If the toy had had that exact same smirk, I would have been ecstatic.
I loved the narrative aspect of this piece and the simpler style grew on me after looking it over a time or two more. For me, the whole thing was a sinister barrel of fun. Great Job.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of criticism. No-one is perfect and everyone can stand to improve. But... this comment tells me nothing. Yes, you are free to dislike it, but don't just leave a jerk-like comment. Be constructive, say *what* about the script was poorly done.

I didn't intend it to be a rude comment, so my appologies if you felt that way. It was nothing more then simple critisizim, take it and leave it as that. I hope to see something else that will change my opinion. If you'd like me to brake it down a touch more, the art I felt was very weak, lacking structure. The script to me felt the same. Not very rational of thought from someone like Slugslinger.

Again, don't think I'm trying to bring you down, if any thing I hope this motivates you to do better.
