Landmine and Dune Runner are others. They don't reference scenes per se, but they do take the form of Sector Seven vehicles.

There was a Platinum Edition set for Age of Extinction that included a "Vehicon" Crankcase repaint as one of the Cemetery Wind SUVs and a T30 Skids repaint based on Shanye's rally car as "Rollbar" alongside an Optimus repaint, since it was based around that car chase early in the film.
Also, I don't know if it really counts for what you're asking, but Studio Series Thundercracker exists as kind of a non-character where his packaging implied he was one of the many unnamed Decepticon soldiers from DotM, despite his figure being a repaint of an AoE/TLK design.

Two really interesting ones I found were long arm and stratosphere - who both heavily reference memorable movies moments like Optimusbeing dropped out of a plane and bumblebee being towed through the city. Are there any other figures that do this kind of thing where they reference movie moments even if the characters themselves weren’t in the films? https://gbapps.net/ogwhatsapp-apk/
