Does Scramble city have the audio with English subs? That's the only thing I'm interested in for this release.

Well, ain't THAT something? I've been supremely happy with all of Metrodome's TF products and have no reason to think that this will be any different.

I may have remembered wrong, but I thought it was stated a while back that Zone was supposed to have been included as a special feature?

I believe it does.

Chris McFeely had said that Metrodome was working on that. But since the rights belonged to a third party, getting the official licence for it was difficult. As it turned out they were not able to get the rights to it in time for the dvd release. Chris McFeely does the fan commentary on the dvd's, but is not a employee of Metrodome.

Also, something I think Metrodome left off that list is:

http://www.play.com/DVD/DVD/4-/3296742/ ... oduct.html

# Interview with Nelson Shin, director of Transformers
Booklet written by Chris McFeely, contributions by Flint Dille and Nelson Shin and all new Transformers artwork.
Alternate US/UK version footage plus branching option

As Raymond has said, it's a shame about Zone, but there *may* be a future release with it on.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is a "branching option"?

cant wait! =D my only beef with the metrodome releases tho is their need to put extra sound FX over the battle scenes =/

Thankfully, they're not doing that with this release and they should have corrected the sound errors.

Why is it that the UK get the good stuff? I got the Sony release when it came out and was severely disappointed. Sure, our "new" version was greatly redone. But, the special features totally sucked! Even the kids in the commercials were all blurred out! And, worst of all, we did not even get any included stuff that the UK version will get- Scramble City... Oh, wait, we did. And, it was ruined by two guys who would not shut the hell up!

Hah. I love being a UK TransFan sometimes. Pity I prefer the movie to look dark and gritty...

Yet another version. The only reason why it's worth getting is because you get Scramble City.
