whats that tiny black shuttle? Does it transform? is it a gun? I'm confused.

The black shuttle does not Transform. It is part of Optimus's Gun, and one of the guns in battle station mode. It splits by way of peg and hole into 2 separate pieces. One a double barreled gun, the other a Rocket Jet. Every Optimus needs a big freakin' Gun. It was modded from Armada Jetfire's gun, some missiles from Alt Ravage, a Ko Train combiner chest plate, and the cockpit ? I don't know, maybe something Zoids. The double barreled gun is part of the same KO Train combiner accesories, and the gun from a KO combiner Bruticus.

It definately looks good. The only problem I have with it is the lack of shoulder armor.

I do like the fact that this Optimus is the largest Transforming Truck I've seen. If there are any other Supreme Transformer bash/ modification/ repaints out there I would love to see them. Does anyone know? If you have any links or pics please post them.

Yeah I know the shoulders are a little bare, but do you have any suggestions on what I should do? Instead of telling me what is wrong and restating what I already said a week ago?

That's totally impressive! The fact that you could even make Prime out of that toy is way too cool. The 'truck' mode feels like an armored rig--real tough looking. Good job on the added base-mode as well.

I might. Give me a bit of time and I should be able to come up with something. If you have some drawing skills, you might also want to try drawing some sketches to come up with some ideas. That is usually what I do before I start building. Experimentation and brainstorming often lead to solutions. Something simple would probably be best.

Thank you sir! I try to keep similiar pictures together when I do a gallery; it's usually very general but I think it works most of the time.

When I see the battle station/base mode I can't get Star convoy out of my head. I'ts like a poseable nicer and overall better version of star convoy.

This is one good piece of work, it looks like a cross between (god)ginrai and starconvoy..
The shoulders though... well I have to agree they need a bit more uhm.. bulk perhaps.
At the least, consider painting them red, ok?

Well, the idea I had in mind is the shoulders Prime had in the first and second episodes of Armada before taking on his Earth mode. I used a similar design for the shoulders on my custom Prime. Thiat design would sit high in robot mode, allowing foir freedom of movement, and slide down over the upper arm in alt mode.

Pre Earth Armada Prime was basicly a Homage to Star Convoy & Action Master Prime along with the Shoulder cannons that Star Convoy had

Maybe, maybe not, I?m not that familar with Star Convoy. All I know is he looked to me more like an homage to G1 Optimus, but new and improved, and the shoulders looked really, really good.

Awesome fig. The only things I can think of that might improve it are:

1) Paint the groin guard silver rather than blue - that way it won't blend in with the legs in robot mode, and it'll look more bumper-like in vehicle mode.
2) The shoulders could use a little bulking out - either building material onto the upper arm piece, or adding separate shoulder guards. Either way, they'd look better in red.
3) I think the front of the cab could, without too much difficulty, be remodelled with a proper grille and windows. As far as I can see it wouldn't interfere with the transformation at all, and at the moment it looks a little odd having them as just painted silver patches. A simple addition like raised rims round them would make all the difference.


As for a new Supreme fig, I can definitely see how Starscream could be turned into a decent Megatron tank...

i think it's simular to rid prime, especially in the chest/stomach area. i think that cybertron prime has more of the star convoy, but at the same time, it's a dead ringer for ginrai also.

I really like the groin guard, so I probably won't change it at all. The problem with any type of shoulder additions is where they go in truck mode. I only have a few small options. I'm working on them at the moment. we'll see how they turn out. The front of the cab is a plexiglass experiment.
I don't know if anyone has checked out the finished gallery or if you guys are going off the pics I posted as teasers, but there is a storyline to how this became prime, so he is supposed to look like Unicron a little still. I kind of like that about him. I don't know how much I want to change. we'll see. Later, I'm brainstorming.

Starscream makes a pretty decent Megatron after all. Unicrons head..kinda strange. Tank, not gun. G1 style coloring. See it soon in the kitbash gallery.

That's the most vicious looking truck mode I've seen. In retrospect, it's such an intuitive bash, but I never would've thought of it. I'm surprised you decided to spin the waist around, since Unicron's default front would've given Prime an opening Matrix chamber. I almost wish you'd kept the arm spike in a place where they could jut out the front in truck mode. Somehow, I see this guy beating up my 20th Prime. Dang.

Thats so awesome! I hope you make a megatron to go with him, Because Prime looks so cool with a Unicron body
