That is just astonishingly beautiful.
I have a few minor nitpicks about some of TFC's design decisions (particularly the strange design of Madblender's cab and Neckbreaker's black shovel) and he's hella-pricey but, overall, this not-Devastator has turned out even better than I ever expected it to.
I wish contemporary market conditions had allowed Takara/Hasbro to bring us something this magnificent, but I am very grateful that someone has stepped up to do what they cannot.
(Maketoys' Giant also looks pretty awesome, but the sheer size and aesthetics of Hercules as a whole and as individual robots give him the edge as far as I'm concerned.)
Now I just have to fight the urge to have triples of each component so I can display the team in all three modes; in any case, that will be a long-term project.
Big thanks to Peaugh for this and many other reviews. I may have to try my own hand at reviewing in the near future.
