That was fun but kinda difficult. I have to admit to getting out of TF collecting after the end of G1 and not really getting back in til the middle of Animated. I’m not super familiar with G2, The Japanese series, Beast Wars, Alternity. Also, I hate most of the bayformers so its like picking the least repulsive (no offense to hard core movie fans). This list is based off of what I already have and love, or things I really want.

Time to do some thread necromancy and see if I changed my mind for some of my favorites. Let's add TF Prime to the list.

G1 before the movie: Optimus Prime with trailer. A solid classic even after 30 years.

G1 Masterforce: God Ginrai. Obviously.

G1 Movie and after: I dont care anymore.

G2: Laser Optimus Prime with trailer. Way more impressive than I thought.

Robot in disguise: I anticipate Optimus Prime but I've yet to receive it.

Beast War (Transmetal included): Deluxe Megatron, I guess? Even if it's not really from BW.

Beast Machine: Ultra class Jetstorm. "Leader" is a more appropriate term.

Beast War 2: None.

Classic: Voyager Inferno. That mold is perfect.

Armada: Tidalwave. That big mofo is a must in any collection.

Energon: Leader Megatron. Awesome in every ways.

Cybertron: Leader Optimus Prime without opposition.

Animated: Voyager Bulkhead. Small but lovable.

2007 Movie: Voyager Starscream. I just LOVE that mold.

RotF: I could go with voyager Bludgeon. A samurai tank with an awesome head that REALLy dont need to be replaced by that silly add-on.

Generations: Amazingly, none come to mind. Mabe deluxe Cybertronian Soundwave from WFC?

Hunt For The Decepticon: Leader Starscream. This is the toy that finally made me love his movie design.

Reveal The Sheild: Voyager Lugnut, obviously.

DotM: Cyberfire Bublebee. A great and EVIL looking bot. Better with Laserbeak's wings.

Alternator: Rodimus. Pretty solid in both modes and fun to transform.

Alternity: I own OP, Screamers, and Bee, but they are all not perfect enough to pick a favorite.

Masterpiece: Before it was Starscream, the first one in G1 colors. Then, MP-10 came along. I have the Hasbro version and even if he dont have any metal and is not as big as the original MP-01, he's superior in every ways. Great looking all over and fun to transform.

Prime 1st edition: Voyager Bulkhead. His transformation is so incredible, it's like magic.

Prime RID: Deluxe Soundwave. I just cannot stop playing with him.

Prime Beast Hunter: I didnt buy much yet, but so far, voyager Optimus Prime is a blast. Incredible looking in both mode and fun to transform. It's Animated Prime with attitude!

Any other (still only one TF): Gonna cheat here and say Kreo Bumblebee, the big set. It was 8$ on clearance so I bought it twice. A fun build with amazing results. I have them both in bot mode and car mode on display at the same time.
