Shocking as this news is, Transformers weren't very popular in the early 90's. Hardly anyone bought G2 figures and it seemed they'd be lost forever, until Beast Wars breathed fresh life into the franchise and here are today.

I'm sure Transformers will have it's up and downs as the years go on, but there will always be the hardcore collectors.

Yep, for as much as some people don't like BW, it re-energized Tformers.
