Beast Wars with Headmasters a close second (mainly because Headmasters was the first series I saw)
Although I do like what they did with Starscream in Armada... but the first half of the show being "Lets collect Mini-cons!" became really boring to sit through after the first few formulaic episodes
Haven't seen Masterforce/Victory/Energon/Cybertron though... was not a fan of Beast Machines (hated the look and design of everything) or RiD
