Where can I get Scramble City on DVD?

Soooo, Scramble city is the Japanese version of the Transformers movie correct? And it replaces the movie in their G1 timeline right? Considering Prowl isn't dead in the future animes.

no. scramble city takes place before the movie in the us timeline. the movie just happened later in japan. you can find a dub on youtube, or a version on the aniversary dvd of the movie. its all comentary by some guys tho.
