08 is the one to get. There are tons of 74 bumblebees sitting at my walmart. Everybody is waiting for the 08 to be put on the shelves.

all of them, including ultimate because i love the concept camaros...generally more of a y-body fan than f-body. But the new 'maro is a work of beauty.
If you were to only buy one, i would certainly suggest the concept camaro. My opinion, and the opinion of many others, is that it is superior in both bot and alt form. However, in both years, this is far and away my favorite version of bumblebee to date. I was never impressed with him in any other line/toon.

I thought Classics BB was impressive, actually I consider it the definitive G1 styled version. As for the movie versions, Im planning on getting 08 BB (minus the battle damage) and 74 BB might not get in my collection... unless Ive caught
up with all the other movie toys Ive planned on getting and he's still on the shelf, maybe...

I couldn't agree with you more on classics BB. The difference lies in the fact that i personally did not care for the g1 bumblebee in terms of the toy or the cartoon.

None.
Unless you count Classics or Robot Heros, I've had them for a while now, but movie, none.

I've got the 74 Bumblebee, but I'm also hoping to get the 08 version. Especially after everyone has posted about how awesome it is.
For the love of Primus, why must I be a Mississippi State fan?

after seeing the Japanese 74 version I can hardly stand to look at the US one. BB has the biggest autobot part in the movie & you paint over his windows?!? come on hasbro
so I'm thinking I need to track that down online somewhere & look for the '08 in the stores
