he is part of wave 2, comes with Optimus opening the matrix.

combine
I still think Combiners are the way to go, one little guy that is all the guys combined, then separate figures for all the members, if they can make 50 versions of Luke for the Star Wars line then they can make the teams individually and then make the combiner as well, I am sure if we get devastator he will be called construction.

Re: combine
I hope they do Beast Wars characters eventually.
Yes!
They could do great gift sets with the combiner teams! I'd love to see Predaking and Piranacon!

I really want them to do the whole 2007 Movie cast, game characters too!
There isn't even a listing for half the movie characters in Robot Heroes form (no Ironhide, no Starscream, no Brawl, no Bonecrusher) PLUS they should do all the other ones like Wreckage, Dropkick, Arcee, Longarm and the Drones...

Man i'm talking full-scale here, like every single Transformer from every single series. Yes it's crazy but heck, i'd buy it.

(Sorry for the double-post, it was by accident)
But, if we're talking about specifics, then maybe:
Jetfire vs. Dreadwing
Blurr vs. Cyclonus

The 3 unicronian decepticons have to be done! Galvatron cyclous and scourge would look ace together.
Kup, springer and arcee to go with hot rod and magnus would be cool.
Astrotrain and blitzwing id like to see and silverbolt whether he combines or not would be cool
