Now That I have OP, Megs and Screamer (and will get the more g1 US one once it hits) I started thinking of the Transformers you alway sthink about when you go back to G1 cartoon time.
For me in addition to the alread made MPs would be a Bumble Bee and a Soundwave. We know VW has nixed Bumble bee for whatever reason, but Soundwave would make an awesome MP. Especially since his prior incarnations have never been overly possible, but have easily been some of the top sellers in whatever line he showed up.
I would love to have an MP Soundwave with LazerBeak, Prowl and Rumble (with pile drive hand attatchments!)
So what do you all think? Any chance?
Wonder what the chances of a masterpiece Soundwave are?

I think the chances are low. They just released the MP3 soundwave (in 2 colors), titanium soundwave, cybertron soundwave, and reissued the original (both in classics and upcoming encore). And he's not in the movie or anything so it's not like he's having a popularity high. That plus they've made 3 different decepticons (Megatron, Skywarp, Starscream) and only 1 1/2 autobots (Prime and naked Magnus). I'd say Ironhide is the best possibility, he deserves a makeover since his original figure sucked ass. Bumblebee wouldn't be a bug and he already has an $80 ultimate figure coming out. Ironhide would also get us Ratchet so they get their repaint.
My guess is Ironhide, but you never know. Can't always be rational when it comes to Transformers.
