My first guess is Impactor because he's the leader for a reason. However, the others all have a chance. In the tech specs, Topspin has 'Firepower 9' so that might be enough to win it. Whirl has consistent high scores in the tech specs.

I think this will be a hard fight with an uncertain outcome. I think that Rack 'n' Ruin won't win, though. They're fairly slow and can't transform. Whirl has null rays and paralysing rays, which are a big advantage. He does well in air assaults but can be shot down.
