Problem with DOTM Starscream

But there's another problem. His jet mode front part is a little loose, so when he' not touching the ground with his landing gear, he looks down a little.
I found that this 'screw'is loose. Any suggestions?

The glue trick is mainly used on ball joints. Since I don't own this version of Starscream, I don't know if the glue trick would work on this type of joint.

You can't: the joint in question is a twin double hinge, to provide space for the head to go through. As they're hinges, they're set with metal rods, not screws (screws have indents, either a straight line for a flathead screwdriver, or the more common cross for a Phillips). Like ball joints, they rely totally on friction, which I why I slightly detest them. They're also nigh-impossible to disassemble.

P.S: I guess you could say my 1st Starscream's guns were tight, because I plugged them in, but once I pulled them apart, the peg plastic snapped right off. I got another one but now the new one has it a bit loose.
