I remember getting Energon Towline (when brand new and on store shelves) and opening it up to find the joint on his transparent weapon (accessory? I guess it's more an antenna of some sort) already showing crack marks and being super floppy.

Yeah, transparent plastic has it's uses, but wow, they should NOT use it for anything with a joint.

Perfect segway for my post. I got Energon Demolisher a few years ago(missed him during the initial Energon run):

After a few transformations one elbow joint broke. And those are really tight joints. I'm hoping the other elbow joint doesn't break someday.

Anyone else have this happen?

I had no idea this could happen. I have some Gundams that are translucent and they show no signs of breakage
