Hi!

Again, in scale with my other Dinobots...based on Classics Grimlock.
I consider him finished but I may add some red paint apps.
The clearcote is still sticky so I don't have the dino mode yet but I just could'nt wait any longer...
I took E Towline's head, skinned off the sides and mod it to get a nice Swoop G1 accurate head.
Hands are removable and are from Alternators Sideswipe.
Missle launchers are from cl ss and I cut the missles short.
Shoulder pads were removed. Crotch was modified
The dino claws are able to go up all the way, just needed to dremel them.
Edit: I also made a sword out of Cyb Brimstone's cyb key gimmick wings
Hope you enjoy him.

I must say, I like it much better than your first, but only because I hate the mold the first was made from.

Excellent work as always, and I can't wait to see dino-mode!

Looks great so far. Now, here is the million dollar question, What is the figure you started with? :? If that the Energon Swoop?

Very nice.

I'd like to know how you changed the rear facing Crest on Swoop, it's much wider than the original.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

This is so awesome. Please tell me you're going to articulate a G1 Grimlock and pitch Classics Grimlock, so the team is complete.

He look awesome. I have a question. I noticed you gave him Alternator Hands. What i want to know, is are they removable for alt mode or do they fold away or what?

I so want to give my swoop hands like those. Why didn't Hasbro give him hands to begin with.

Anyway great custom.

You did a wonderful job.

Gives me something to work towards. Although, I'll need a second set of Grimlock and Swoop, there's something about them as is that I like.

Thanks!
The alternator (sideswipe)hands are removable. Let's say I could'nt figure out a way to make them part of the transformation.
Our old G1's used to do the same, so I don't feel bad about it!

The new pics really make the bronze colour you used on the Dino head stand out.

Like the bronzed missiles too, it's the little things like that that impress me more.

I don't mind they being removable. He just looks so cool with actual fists instead of those lousy unusable claws.

Totally awesome congratulations.

That is so freakin' awesome.

It's such a simple bash(no offense meant), I'm surprised that Hasbro isn't doing this.

But then again, if they did do this, they'd just repaint E-swoop and call it a day.

ptitvite, dude, stop taking pics with Sludge in them! You know I can't concentrate on the subject of the thread without my eyes finding Sludge and drooling! :P

Okay, all that aside. While the pics were loading I was thinking "what bloody mold has he used?" then I saw you used Energon Swoop, and I have to say, it's a MASSIVE improvement over Energon Swoop. So once again, well done!
