QC Paint issues with Clear (SoC) Henkei Rodimus

Saw this when I turned on the light to take pics...just got it today. Barley had it open for 20 minutes when I saw the paint just rub off. The other headlight is chipping. Hard to see when I did not have the light on. I will see if BBTS will replace it with another set because I want this one to be mint since I never had a Henkei Rodimus before. I still have two Classic Rodimus left.

unacceptable, if that is the quality of them all I am glad I passed on the set.

Wow man, thats bogus. Now I will for sure keep mine MISB. I think BBTS will replace it...they have replaced a few pieces for me due to paint app problems but I have done a lot of business with them in the past selling toys and what not.
City Commander upgrade kit MISP, Galaxy Force Fangwolf MISB, Battle in space box set (Rodimus/Cyclonus) MISB and Botcon Scourge (loose) for trade or sale. (and lots of loose classics, generations ect. PM me!)

Yeah I have plans for him. I emailed them and sent pictures but they haven't responded yet. I suspect I may be SOL on this one. I had the light off when I opened him, but the paint apps came off. The right headlight is chipping, but it did not rub away. I looked at other pictures and they have a darker coat to them. I'm pissed because I want to use him with my Protector set.

If you're just using it for Protector, the headlight chipping shouldn't be an issue. I'm pretty sure the part that has been chipped away gets covered up by the armor and the shoulders don't look to have any real chipping in the pics you have.

I thought about that too, but as of now it's just nagging at me because next to my 2006 Classics Rodimus, that rubbed off paint makes him look old. And my Classics Rodimus is older.
If BBTS sends me an email, I will send it back for another set.

Well BBTS is going to send me a replacement part, I assuming another Rodimus. And I don't have to send the other one back.....so freakin' awesome!!!
