My Titans return Hardhead has lost one of his small green guns (i get upset easily and cant stand it when important accessories are missing) and im not sure if it ended by accident in a bag of movie figures i donated to my sisters kid. So i need to know if the customer service sends a free replacement to europe if i claim it as missing from the package when i purchased it?
does anyone have useful experiences with dealing with them. I only have experience with lego customer services in the past.
