I'm looking at buying some TFs.
I'm pretty sure I'll be getting Alternators Sunstreaker and Cybertron Mudflap (both have very cool alt modes imho plus I always liked Sunstreaker and I have Alternator Sideswipe)
But I wanted input on whether you guys would pick up the following:
Cybertron Downshift
Cybertron Dark Crumplezone
Alternators Ricochet
Alternators Skids
My main problem with the alternator line has been joints being very week. For instance my Jazz/Meister has been forced to hold his weapon in his left hand for proper posing since his right arm tends to fall down and I haven't even used him too much.
Anyway any input would be great.
Question any input would be great

All of those are great choices. IMO Cybertron Downshift is the best one on the list. For some reason I really like the figure. He has a sweet Bot and Alt mode.

Downshift is a pretty fun guy, and his alt mode is one of my fav from the C line. A nice homage figure.
C Dark Crumplezon looks kind of bulky but the figure is actually pretty cool. I like it a lot better then the regular Crumplezone, much darker looking and the redesign of the cockpit it pretty cool. I like the colors alot on the figure.
Alt Rico is a decent Alt but is kind of lacing on the paint scheme, I think Hasbro could have done slightly better with the paint job. Get him if you really want but I would get Skids first.
Alt Skids is definetly one of the hardest to transform in the Alternator line. Very complex, which is a good thing for me. I usually don;t use insturctions but had to with him. Also he is actually quite poseable, a must have.

To be honest I am not an alternator fan, and don't really like them. But the Cybertron toys you are getting are good choices.

Cybertron Crumplezone
Looks great, nice size, great paint apps, reasonably rare.

Re: Question any input would be great
All of the figures you have chosen are pretty good. Downshift is a great mold and you should definately pick him up. Great alt mode with hidden key port, fun transformation, and excellent posability. Dark Crumplezone looks great and is better than regular Crumplezone but for some reason I find him lacking. Alternators Ricochet is a good buy only if you don't have either Smokescreen or Silverstreak. Otherwise he is a straight repaint. Skids is a better choice of the two. A great complex transformation, he looks great in robot mode and so far there are no US repaints of him.

The Binaltech version of Skids looks much better, if you're able to get it. Both versions have galleries here on the site.
