Are you familiar with the term "white elephant?" It means a huge project that wasted a huge amount of money, time, and ressources, only to end up as a massive failure. Montreal's Stade Olympique, the Tower of Pisa, and around half those insane Saudi Arabia projects like The Line or those artificial islands are great examples.
So, the character that I made is based on that very concept. Optimist Premium is an ambitious artist. He believe his art and projects can help Cybertron, but he's way too... optimistic for his own (or everyone else's) good.
First, the original:

Here's Optimist Premium, in his robot mode.

I didn't change the main bot head. It was already perfect

Note that after I took this picture, I added a small 5mm port behind the left leg, just over what was the truck's trailer hitch, so that I could store the gun there in alt mode.

Here's what the normal truck mode look like on the original:

Here's the proverbial White Elephant mode! Sure, the beast is a bit awkward, but I love it.

The elephant tusks can dethatch and be used as small guns for the bot mode by the way.

Everything peg solidly everywhere. This elephant pass the shake test with ease.

I added that 5mm port on top, but I didn't test the gun like an idiot. That's why I added one under the elephant at the last minute...

...and he's so happy to see you! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

BTW, I used the claws of an oversized K.O of CW Hung-Gurr as the front elephant feet to cover the bot's hand. With some light modding, they are a perfect fit. Using an original Hung-Gurr wouldn't have worked.

Finally, the original combiner mode:

And here's Delusionus Maximus!
I had to borrow Defensor's limbs. I also noticed that they horribly yellowed. Goddammit. In due time, Delusionus Maximus will have his team of custom limbs.

I used the vintage Optimus Primal head here.

The "ears" are actual steel studs.

And that's it.
What do you thing of this crazy thing?
