recon ironhide

is recon ironhide better built then the first rotf ironhide. because the first one is really lose and i don't want to buy another like it

definitely, especially the hood part. I have both the Offroad and Premium and the thing that bothers me the most is how the hood is not securely fit and that it is suspectible to breakage. The hood for the offroad ironhide broke off unfortunately.

Recon Ironhide is the first movie Ironhide figure to not only not suck, but also be a good toy. His deco and accessories are nice, and the toy isn't a nightmare to transform. He's easy to transform, is fun to play around with, and looks awesome with all of his accessories on him.
It's best to assume every link I post is NSFW, and every post I make is just me taking the piss.

Mine was somewhat of a nightmare..I had to literally pry his head into the upright position..It was completley stuck..I almost lost a finger trying to get it upright but the overall design of the fig is far superior to the previous molds..Not to mention all the goodies he comes with..Weapons for so many different bots!!!Loki God Of Mischief wrote:Recon Ironhide is the first movie Ironhide figure to not only not suck, but also be a good toy. I'm one of the few people that actually like the Ironhide mold, and I will absolutely buy the Recon repaint. I love the transformation and the toy looks amazing in both modes. The fact that he has a bunch of weaponry just makes this new one terrific, IMO.
