Has anyone heard when Hasbro plans to release Transformers:Prime figures?

Nope. Wait until the DotM line is done, which may take a year or two.

Weapon: Indepentently Targetable Particle Beam Cannons

None in the foreseeable future. At least not while DOTM is starting to rev up. Perhaps in the fall, or maybe next year if Hasbro decides they want a toyline for it. Which they had said there would not be one early on.

At the moment, there are no Prime figures. Although I wouldn't put it past Hasbro that they would start phasing them in in 2012 nearing the end of DOTM's toyline, since Prime will become the "flagship" of the brand when the movies are officially axed for good.
