He got back to me the other day. He has just been real busy. Venksta a good guy. He just has a lot of orders to make. Cant wait for those 2 galvy heads I ordered and the Bruticus guns.

I feel you. What I think is he should just charge a pre-order fee and send the invoice when the product is ready. He could have a disclosure that the pre-order fee is non refundable so only serious buyers apply. I think that would help ease the wait. But I dont know how he does his thing so I dont know if that system would work for his business.

With my previous order, it took a crazy long time, communication was poor, and it put me in a position where I felt I was hassling him, which I hate. When I put in this order (Galvy heads/Bruti guns) I said to myself "ok dude, BE PATIENT".... but once again I'm sitting here getting upset and impatient.

Honestly as great as the end result is, I think this will be my last Renderform order. If it's going to take THIS long, and it's not communicated as to WHY, then I can't support it. Also I've held back posting something like this because I do have great respect for Azim's skills, and don't want to hurt his business. But damn man... you gotta produce, or at very least talk to your customers.

I used to feel the same way about "hassling" but that was before maiden japan robbed me. I could have gotten my money back from paypal or my credit card company, but I waited too long to put in a claim by their guidelines. Its a failure in their refund policies when it comes to "custom" work not available for shipping at the time of payment. Wont make the same mistake again. Im a good customer and Ill keep buying from Renderform as long as he makes cool stuff. But I wont be losing anymore money on blind trust or faith, thats for sure.

I paid in full. But as I stated before, both paypal and my credit card company have a claim process to get a refund for unrecieved goods. Its a year you have I believe. I let the year pass by with Maiden Japan in good faith and got screwed. I wont make the same mistake twice. Best believe im watching that calendar from the date of my payment and saving all communications as proof in the event something goes wrong. Venksta is a nice guy and I met him in person at a Botcon. But Maiden Japan was also a nice guy that I met in person at Botcon. I was stupid for giving him blind trust and not filing a claim a week before the year was up. I didnt even know back then. Now I know. And knowing is half the battle.

I sent him the ultimatum a week ago. Zero response. Not gonna lie, I'm quite frustrated at the moment.

So, it's almost over. I received my shipping notification a couple days ago.

If there's anyone out there, who wants to reach Azim and can't find get him through all his proper channels, PM me and I'll give you the email addy I have that he finally replied to. Otherwise, you're SOL. I'm positive that I would not have been getting my order had I not eventually found him, and harassed him. It really upsets me that it had to come to that, I hate being forced into that position.

Throughout our communication over the past month, I was told his Renderform site email was "backlogged" which is why he didn't reply, and I feel is a pretty poor excuse. Most people are willing to forgive wait time if the communication is there. I'll admit, I have been curt about the whole situation, but he also gave me some snark, "Unless you prefer me to ship you a subpar product ASAP". Since I'm the customer who's upset, I find that's really unprofessional. I have been tempted to say F it, give me my money back, this whole time and that was nearly the clincher.

I will post here once more to confirm I received my order, but I won't show off my haul. I'm 100% done promoting and supporting him.

My advice to everyone else, is to avoid Renderform entirely. I personally have looked the other way and continued to support him over the years, and have nothing but frustration as a result. Even if he gets his **** together, it's too late. He's lost me as a customer, and I hope this message makes others strongly consider if his pieces are worth all the hassle.
