Reveal the Shield Jazz - QC issues?

Weapon: Dual Impact Maces

Got jazz today. I have only one complaint and it is a pet peeve of mine:

HIS CHEST DOES NOT LOCK INTO PLACE IN ROBOT MODE :BANG_HEAD:

so when I try to pose an arm, it makes his chest go up. Same problem as TFA: Jazz. Are they making homages to bad design decisions now? Please someone tell me I am transforming him incorrectly.

or is this a QC issue?

Weapon: Double-Barreled, Armor-Piercing Particle Beam Cann...

No QC issue, it just doesn't lock down.

Weapon: Particle Beam Cannon

It doesn't LOCK down, but when fully lowered it does have a bit of grip. I can easily move my Jazz's arms up and down, so I don't know what's happening with yours.
