Canada is the only country respecting the street date for some reason, so cone next week we should be seeing a lot of new stuff on shelves.

The Rise of the Beasts news just keeps on truckn'. We had showed images of Beast Mode Optimus Prime and Battle Changers Scourge earlier. Well now we have more stock images of them in good definition.
We also have the stock images for the deluxe toys, the Voyager toys, Battle Changers Mirage and the Wheeljack two pack

Man, these figures are looking GOOD. It's funny when you remember that a lot of these figures were supposed to be out BEFORE the Studio Series releases. I wonder if I'll find the SS figures unnecessary once I get more in hand.

IDK if these are for little kids I guess it's OK. I just hope they make something better looking for serious (adult) collectors. Worst case will have to wait for 3rd or 4th party production to make something that is worth attention.

This the third time we've seen a Prime toy with that truck mode and I really hope he has it in the film. Also I'm liking this beast Prime more then the Bumblebee. I could see myself getting this one.

Fellow Seibertronian Whirlkick has found some Rise of the Beasts toys in the UK at Smyth's. You can read their report below. We also have reports of the 2 Beast Mode Bumblebee and Optimus toys out at Smyth's in Gillingham, first posted here by TFMJ where we can see them next to various other ROTB toys like the Smash Changers.

"The RoTB mainline figures are now available in different places the UK, such as Smyth's and The Entertainer. It seems the embargo date was April 10th so the floodgates have now opened!

The figures are showing as available on the Smyth's website, which includes figures like the mainline deluxes. When I was at Smyth's in Watford today, none of the figures were out on the shelves yet, as they hadn't yet allocated space for the new figures as there's so many of them and so little shelf space for Transformers. The UK community should keep an eye out for TF sales for non-ROTB figures at Smyth's!
I had to ask someone working there to get the figures from the back for me, which they did. I bought the mainline deluxe Bee and the Optimus/Chainclaw pack. I've included some photos, including a side by side of mainline Bee with SS Bee."

So unless something odd happened behind the scenes during the movie delay, one can expect this Bulkhead-esque mode for Prime to show up in the movie at some point.

Now, if I were a gambling man, I'd say Legacy Bulkhead might end up being used as the basis for this Prime in Studio Series much like AirRazor.

Also, yes this is harkening back had to Beast Hunters Prime, which kind of make sense, in the movie context.

I just hope we get an actual Voyager or Leader version of this in SS. It looks fairly interesting.

For standard retail (and non "collector") releases, this is honestly shaping up to be a pretty good selection!
Considering how fiddly the SS figures can be, it's pretty nice to have cheaper and simpler figures available too.

Me, myself, and I will probably wait for said SS releases but I think these are some solid choices for the youngsters or people who want something cheaper + simpler.

I got the battle masters single packs last week, and the battle masters two-packs are coming from Amazon on Wednesday. I don't like the movie toys in general, but they have so many different feature types that there's usually at least a few that I'll decide to get just for fun.

The previous movie line (Bumblebee) had a toy with lights and sound too. All movie lines have them.
